Matcha at TOLO
Ceremonial-grade matcha from Japan, whisked daily at our cafés in Toluca and Metepec. Five ways to drink it — pick yours.
Why this matcha
We chose a single origin from Japan and a grade that holds up both straight and in milk. The colour is bright green, the aroma is grassy and sweet, and the finish stays clean.
We weigh and whisk every drink to keep it consistent — same care we put into a pour-over.
