Delete Account

You can ask us to delete your TOLO account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hola@tolo.cafe from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We may send a one-time code to verify it’s you.

What gets deleted

Your profile, contact details, order history, loyalty points, wallet balance, and saved preferences are permanently removed from our active systems.

What we keep

We retain invoices and other transactional records for the period required by Mexican tax law. They are kept restricted and used for no other purpose.

When it happens

After we verify your request, we complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. If you have a wallet balance, use it before requesting deletion.
