Steps

    Put a rinsed paper filter in the cap, screw it on, and set the AeroPress on a sturdy mug.

    Add 11 g of medium-fine coffee, pour 200 g of water at ~95 °C, and give it a gentle stir.

  3. 3

    Insert the plunger just enough to form a seal and steep for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Press down slowly and steadily — about 30 seconds — and stop as soon as you hear the hiss.
