We want you to enjoy every part of your TOLO order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Equipment & merchandise
Unused equipment and merchandise in its original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email shop@tolo.cafe with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Coffee
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including opened bags. If your coffee arrives defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days at shop@tolo.cafe and we'll replace it or refund you — return shipping is on us.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email shop@tolo.cafe within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Questions? Reach us anytime at shop@tolo.cafe.
