Varieties
We cultivate a careful selection of Arabica varieties: Typica, Bourbon, and Mondo Novo, each contributing unique characteristics to the final cup profile.
Process
Our coffee is processed using the washed method (differentiated), which highlights the clarity and cleanliness in every cup, bringing out the inherent notes of the Chiapas terroir.
