About TOLO

We're a Mexican specialty coffee roaster with three cafés in the Valle de Toluca. We work directly with producers in Veracruz, Puebla, Chiapas, and other Mexican coffee regions. We roast so each origin shows up clearly: we don't aim for coffee that tastes the same every time, we aim for each lot to tell its own story.
