Coffee and perishable goods
For food safety reasons, opened or unsealed coffee cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hola@tolo.cafe with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Equipment and accessories
Unopened, unused equipment and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or confirm the issue.
