The washed process strips away the fruit from the coffee cherry before drying, resulting in a cup that is clean, balanced, and true to the character of the bean. This approach emphasizes clarity and consistency — a reliable, comforting experience every time.
A rich, full-bodied cup with a medium-dark roast profile. Expect warm notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and toasted nuts. The clean body and smooth finish make this a versatile coffee that pairs well with any moment of your day.
Versatile for any method — from espresso to drip to French press. We recommend a 1:16 ratio for filter brewing or a 1:2 ratio for espresso. Brew at 92–96°C for best results.
