Why this matcha
We chose a single origin from Japan and a grade that holds up both straight and in milk. The colour is bright green, the aroma is grassy and sweet, and the finish stays clean.
We weigh and whisk every drink to keep it consistent — same care we put into a pour-over.
How we serve it
- Matcha
- Whisked with hot water. The simplest way — pure matcha, no milk.
- Matcha latte
- Matcha and steamed milk. Soft, creamy, the everyday pick.
- Matcha tonic
- Matcha over tonic water and ice. Bright, sparkling, the surprise of the menu.
- Affogato matcha
- A shot of matcha poured over vanilla ice cream. Dessert in a glass.
- Strawberry matcha latte
- Matcha latte with house strawberry syrup layered through it.
- Coconut matcha latte
- Matcha with coconut milk. Naturally sweet, dairy-free.
